A real job editor

Writing a listing now uses a proper rich-text editor — headings, bold, lists and dividers — so your post reads well instead of being a wall of text.

Skill suggestions everywhere

Every skills field now suggests tags as you type, with popular skills shown on focus. Same component for candidate profiles and job posts, so tagging is consistent.

Blog + What's new

You're reading the new blog. Product updates now live on a dedicated What's new page, and both are linked from your profile menu.

We've shipped a batch of updates that make hiring and getting hired on Hirico faster.

Apply without leaving the site

Listings that don't have an external application link now show an on-site apply form. Candidates send a message, set a salary expectation and attach a résumé — it goes straight to the employer, who replies to their email. Résumés are stored privately and shared with the employer through a short-lived link.

A richer talent directory

Candidate profiles now carry a lot more signal: English level, work type, languages, achievements and what they're looking for — not just a title and a salary floor. Employers can filter and reach out with one click, and identity stays private until the candidate replies.

Cleaner, role-aware navigation

The header now adapts to who you are. Employers see Talent first and manage everything from one menu; candidates get their profile, saved jobs and alerts in the same place.

What's next

We're working on saved candidate searches and an applications inbox in the employer dashboard. Have a request? Reply to any Hirico email — we read everything.

Salary transparency is the whole point of Hirico, so we made it non-negotiable.

Enforced end-to-end

A listing can't go live without a salary band. It's validated when employers post, stored as structured min/max, and shown on the card, the detail page and in search filters.

Why it matters

Candidates self-select on pay, so employers hear from people who already clear the band — fewer wasted interviews on both sides. It also powers our salary guides, which are built entirely from live listings, not surveys.
